earphones while riding?

Seems like section (d) would be the spot to say"oh yeah, Walmart said these earphones were specially designed to lower damaging noise", just fail to mention that they replace them with way better sounding damaging noise, lol :)

Just be careful... if a cop doesn't enforce a law (ignorance or apathy, you choose) doesn't make it legal.

Just so you (and everybody else) isn't confused. That is California law, not Ontario law.
