Does anybody know anything about the Canadian Wheat Board? Experience in agriculture?

If so, would you mind taking two mins to complete complete my survey? If you cannot answer 'all' of the questions, it would be great if you could base them on experience, knowledge or just general opinion? I am doing this research for my MBA dissertation and any help is really appreciated! Lets just say I left it a little late to begin the research :)

I did it Jack but my knowledge is very limited when it comes to wheat.
Hopefully my survey input won't make the feds take some poor farmer silo down,take his cattle and force him into grow pot between the corn rows.

Hello Stormcat,

Yes this is a pilot study for my dissertation, it has taken me two years or so to complete, it is through The University of Liverpool in the UK. I am happy to chat about it sometime if you wish.

I don't understand how this got past the ethics review board or your committee. Your survey doesn't have an informed consent form attached (anonymous or not), and your target demographic is more than sketchy. Here, even undergraduate research in any discipline must pass the ethics review (I know since I sat on the Board at McMaster University for a year reviewing research proposals).

I am simply concerned about your research methods, and it always worries me about the state of research in general when I see grievous errors being made in the process. It makes people wonder about the legitimacy of research findings. Know what I mean?

Good to hear this is your pilot and not your actual research!

Thank you for your concern Stormcat, I know exactly what you mean, all I need is a sample so that I may conduct a more thorough and targeted survey early next year. I have some good contacts for the 'actual' research and I will be teaming up with a third party, but I don't want to exhaust all my favours for this or ask producers to complete two, one now and one later.

No worries at all, I am guessing that we share a similar opinion on Online Programs regarding credibility etc, let me finish mine first, then we can talk lol
