Bancroft OPP stopped a snowmobile travelling on Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs trail and say he was found in possession of firearms and drugs.
Or ride in such a manner as to NOT get pulled over / stopped along your ride.
From what I'm hearing, Lots of OPP on the trails in the west side. Probable looking for creds and speeders
Near me, lots of drum pounding from opp about how much they are paying attention to trails. I don't sled near here so I have no idea if that is marketing or reality.
Nothing wrong with lots of OPP on the trails, I'm all for it. But you got to be a special kind of stupid to ride without insurance / trail passes or speeding if you're carrying that much illegal wares.
My wife occasionally runs on some multi-use trails. Almost every run there will be a pack of guys hanging out beside their sleds drinking. Boo.
That is a Hugh problem on the trails still, I see so many sledders stopped on the trails and drinking it's sickening
