Cell phone mount

I'm looking for a good cell phone mount for the bike so I can use as a GPS and see calls etc..
Any suggestions for model or where to get?
BTW, I have a Samsung Note II (The big one) if it matters.

I use Ultimate Addons, not sure if they have Note 2 case though.
