We use Firestone tires on work trucks, Destination M/T2. Tough, good in snow and mud, reasonably priced and available with studs.

On my daily driver, Michelin LTXAT/2. I like quieter tires on my personal vehicle.

I've been using Tires 23 since 2012. They may not be the cheapest but I dont mind spending a bit extra because I know they are super cautious not to damage wheels or lug nuts when replacing/installing tires/wheels etc.

You can search/research the tires you want and the prices are clear.

I usually just bring the wheels in to get tires mounted, but the time i brought a car in, I can see the tech using a torque wrench to tighten my wheels to spec, which is a must for me.
