The current sale is really good. If I had space, I would have bought a 3-tray mastercraft maximum set, but I already have two different socket sets, a set of plyers, a set of screwdrivers, etc etc. So just bought 230 drill bits for 29 bucks and mastercraft maximum breaker bar for $9

The thing about Canadian Tire is they really inflate their "Regular" Price to make their sale price seem like a great deal. Do you really think they sell a screwdriver set for $129.99? And if they did, would anybody buy it?!

Everything is inflated....but tools are tools and they are expensive....I don't know where you buy your tools but $20 for 100 piece of screwdriver is a heck of a deal. If it was $50 I can see myself buying it depending on how desperate I am for these. Anymore nah....

You might be surprised, I've met many people with more money than brains who buy the biggest set on account of not knowing what they need and only have the price to go on as the measure of quality.

The regular price they advertise with the sale is the price they sell for when the sale is not on.

But ya not too smart to buy them for regular price when you can wait a couple of weeks and get them on sale.

The screw drivers I use on a daily basis are $10-$20 a piece. For someone working in the garage at home these tools are a great deal.

Grabbed myself a breaker bar for $9 as well. Came in handy swapping my winter rims on my car.

i bought the same set and although it is a good price, the down-side is the sockets are 12-point which can make it easier to strip the head of a bolt.
