Brampton Powersports always came back with the best price, this is after haggling with 5 different dealerships on price. I was shopping for 250's for two friends of mine. The only thing that ****** me off, is after the deals were all written and done, they started to hard sell them on life insurance, $35 for the gas for the PDI, $$$ for an extra year warranty (I tried to clarify, so you mean I get a three year warranty instead of the two
Honda is offering on the promotion?!? they said "Oh, you know about that promo eh, ummm, right, yeah we can throw in the extra year for free then so 2 total) OMFG f'ing scammers! They also said we had to leave a $500 deposit to get the $250 "match bonus" on the promotion, ummm, NO, that's not what the fine print says.
Would I recommend you go there? If you stick to your guns and
DON'T SIGN ANYTHING and don't leave a deposit until you've scanned and e-mailed me a copy of the receipt (make sure they write the VIN# on it, not valid without). If they won't let you take home the receipt without signing their copy (another BS tactic) give me the name of your salesperson and I'll have a chat with the manager there and we'll get ya sorted.
I absolutely f'ing hate Honda with all my might and have done everything in my power to persuade people not to buy their motorcycles or cars. For a 250 beginner bike I didn't want to set my friends up with a bike without fuel injection so Honda was the only choice unfortunately.
Are you really sold on the CBR600?? How come I can't talk you into a
brand new super crazy discounted 2011 Yamaha R6? Insane deal on it, 12 months extra Yamaha Protection Plus, no payments for 7 months or rates as low as 3.49%, etc. etc. Pretty sure it doesn't have ABS.
