So got a speeding ticket on Feb 14th, 2012 (valentines day out of all days!) (77km/h in a 60km/h zone)
court date scheduled for March 25, 2013 (8 days from today).
Really didn't realize that anything over 8-10 months past filing a non-guilty plea is grounds for 11b.
I don't have enough time to file an 11b.
Could I show up to my court date and ask for an adjournment based on these grounds? Its mentioned in the sticky but other people have said that this isn't an option.
any and all help welcome, with intact insurance counting tickets now (former jevco), I'd really like to get this thrown out.
