You do stunts on the street.....people complain.
You do stunts in some parking lot......people complain.

There's a really nice group of stunters in GTA called Road Dawgs. They have a nice spot. Hoping to go and see them on the weekend at their spot.

I'd rather see them doing it anywhere but the street. I was just curious if anyone ever thought you'd see a "park" like setting created anytime soon or if it would be a huge insurance issue

Aside from special events we'll never see that happen imo. Insurance, liability, clean-up, regulation etc.

Well the problem is you have guys like Rode Dawgs and JohnnyP doing some pretty cool stuff, who are obviously talented. Then you have squids that have no idea what they're doing and a lack of good judgement.

To be honest for stunts all you need is just a really open area. This is why most of stunters stick to those empty after hours manufacturing areas.
