bike stalled for few seconds help

bike is 98 ninja zx6r

i was going on highway and bike stalled for like 3-4 seconds, I did not let go of the throttle it was steady. It felt like loss of power (not electrical) and then came back up to speed. it happened couple of times now in last 1 month. I would appreciate if someone can steer me in right direction for solution. I am suspecting electronic fuel pump, relay or both. thanks in advance
 
now when i think about it i think it happen every time I press the throttle to go lil faster. vaccum leaks somewhere?/?
 
fuel delivery....would be my suspect
 
i ll try seafoam . went for a 7 hour ride on sunday. no problem atall. bike is f***ing with me
 
dont think seafoam will get rid of water in your tank... and if you're getting water into the engine, then thats alot of water in your tank! If you're going to seafoam, I think its normally recommended to change your spark plugs shortly after.
