At last check, Carcones near Port Perry could straighten automotive aluminum rims (and I had one done there). Don't know if they do motorcycle rims.
I've straightened a rim that had a mild kink in it myself with a big bench vise, some blocks of wood of various sizes, and some imagination.

+1 for Union Rim, most places that can straighten car wheels wouldn't touch motorcycle wheels. I used Union Rim to check my wheel if it can be straightened and then they re-painted it..
Johnny at Bent Bikes fixed a front rim for me after a crash.
I believe John at Bent Bikes is the best guy to see in this case.
