Hey all,

Been lurking for sometime now. I just got a bike (2006 sv650n) this June after taking a safety course. Previously I rode dirt bikes a short while but ended up crashing and ripping some ligaments in my knee. Never thought I would ride a bike again but just couldn't keep riding out of my mind. So far I've put 6000 km on the sv and haven't manage to wreak yet. Hope to meet up some of you.

Welcome! Gotta love the torque on those SVs. And I'm glad to hear that you have been able to get back on two wheels after that nasty sounding crash.

Yeah I really like the SV. Fast enough to pass traffic on the highway, fun in the twists and not very expensive. I am having a blast.
