Auto UN CAPS??

How do I disable the auto un-caps, it keeps screwing up my emoticons, and peeps kno I love those!

Like:
PHP: 
LOL! :D

Comes out:

lol! :d

Even if I edit it, advanced mode, nothing can fix it.

Problem does not seem to be on our end. It un-capitalized that sentence.

Testing if it will un-capitalize ONE word.
 
Nope, still broke. I'll try a different browser and stuff. Never seen it do it before today, and you know how much I like my smilies! :D
