I buy OEM Suzuki and Yamaha parts there all the time. Parts manager is Darryl great guy knows his stuff.
Cant really comment on bike prices. Gear is very dirt oriented always been treated well there.
 
i haven't dealt with their retail end--i know a few people who have bought from them and in hindsight thought they overpaid. their service department is excellent, their parts department is solid, and their techs are friendly and helpful. i found their prices on parts to be competitive.
 
Well I stopped by today and found they had some awesome prices on Gear. Probably go back for a nice leather jacket for a jaw dropping price...
 
For warranty work I've gone there before and was VERY pleased with the shop. They even picked up/dropped off my bike for free and I didn't even buy it there. Always had decent pricing and good inventory of parts. Some items a bit pricey but they can be bargained with if you discuss it with them. I found bike prices were a bit high going by the sticker but again, they may be able to be bargained with.

More dirt/snowmobile oriented but I've had a few friends shop for bikes there and they were also very pleased with the dealer.
