tried expedia.ca, price a little lower, not that much.

anyone done business with expedia.ca before? or should i try another site?

thanks.

Booked my flights to boston from buffalo via expedia.ca last year.
booked my flights to manchester from toronto, then from heathrow to toronto.

no issues, smooth transaction, just bring the printouts to the airport and done.

I used them a long time ago. 1999 or 2000 I think. It worked fine and no hassles.

Used them in 08 for a bunch of flights and hotels around europe. No issues at all.

Yes, last week. And the week before. Then 2 weeks before that and a couple of times the month before etc etc etc. Only ever had 1 issue and that was last week. took about 3 minutes to solve and all was good.

Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Flightnetwork, Flightcentre, Redtag, etc. are all reputable OTAs (online travel agencies) - feel free to book with confidence with any of those.

Agreed. I have used 3 of those companies repetitively over the past 10 years, and have never had a single hiccup.

Only issue I had booking online is, if things get sticky at the last minute, you don't have a representative to turn to right away and it can be frustrating. Especially given the strike talk BS going on.
I have a friend that works for flight-center in Mississauga. PM me if you want contact info to cross reference prices.

I tested Expedia out in this regard and they did very well. Last year I was flying out on the Friday before March break and the airport was madness. My flight out of T.O was delayed by hours and there was no way I could make my connecting flight in NYC. The next available flight combo was 2 days later. I opted to cancel the flight instead of rebooking. I arrived home from the airport about 1 hour later and Expedia had already called my house and left a message as they wanted to resolve my issue.. I called them back and told them I rather cancel the flight than rebook in 2 days and they gave me no issues at all. I was told that the airline would need to refund the tickets since they were already issued. Expedia customer service could of just referred me to call the airline but instead they put me on hold and they took responsibility of calling the airline (Delta) to get my refund and straighten everything out on my behalf rather than have me try to explain my situation all over again to a Delta rep in the U.S. So, I give Expedia the thumbs up for customer service. They did exactly what they should of done when it mattered most.

I've used expedia and travelocity a lot for domestic and overseas. Its always been great.

I did try and swap connector flights in the US once and was told by Delta it was an expedia pkg and had to deal with expedia for a change order, it wasn't that important so i left it as it was.

No complaints for me.

use them all the time, never had an issue.

Did two trips to Vegas, airfare and hotel and a couple shows all through them, never had an issue.

I used Expidia to book hotel in Paris. Other sites had higher prices.
