Anyone That Can Take A Bike From Eglinton/Jane St To Rosey Ted's?

I'm paying of course but how much would that cost me? I prefer the tower/mover to live near the Jane/Eglinton area it would be convenient for both of us. I might buy a bike but need to take it to Ted's shop for safety.
 
First things first... Is it insured?

Well you see guys I dont want to pay the $3,000 bucks and leave my bike in the ex-owner's driveway, what happens if its stolen there? I'll be SOL out of luck, I prefer to have my new bike at Ted's until I get plates and insurance on it, I would also like it to be tuned up by Ted easier for him to do it in his shop.
