Anyone riding 13' GSXR?

I rode a 13' gsxr600 during last year demo, and I quite liked it because it is nimble, light and smooth. Planning on buying one this season, any fellow riders ride a 2013 gsxr600 or the same gen able to give some feedback on how you like the bike so far, anything wrong with it, etc? Do you think is better than other 600?

Ever consider the 750 instead? As the story goes, the 750 is the best 600 Suzuki ever made. Love my '11, which is basically the same as the '12-'14. Really though, for just a little more dough, you get the same chassis and handling but a very usable increase in power and torque. Not quite 1K power, but obvious....less shifting required.

I got my '13 GSXR 600 at the end of August. Like it alot. I put almost 5k on it before I put it away at the beginning of October. Didn't find any issues with it. I couldn't comment on it being better than any other 600 because this is my first. I can say, that from riding a 250, the bike feels so much more planted in the corners and much more stable at highway speeds.

2013 GSXR 600s right now is one of the best deals if you can find one now. You may be able to find one NEW for $9500+HST only. It is relatively cheap to insure, faster than most riders, manageable, adjustable foot pegs and a steering damper. I would definitely get one if you can, you won't regret it.

Why would you not do other dealer demos to compare too?
 
My buddy just got a 2012 gixxxer 750 from a dealer brand new in yellow/black and paid 10 G's. Spend the little bit extra on a 750, well worth it if you plan on keeping it for years to come. You won't go looking for more power, if you go with the 600... you may want a liter bike a few seasons later, with the 750 you will extend your enjoyment. Literally it's the 600 with some more "umph" and it will stand the test of time if you take care of it. Personally I'd prefer to have a long term investment instead of getting something every few seasons.

A 13' GSXR would have to be the least nimble bike in the world! However a '13 GSXR would likely be amongst the most nimble bikes in the world :)

Loved mine. While the extra power of a 750 in the same package is nice don't be fooled. The 600 has more than enough to get you in plenty of trouble.

Got the 600. Later tried the 750.

For that moment I wished I got the 750, but - still happy with the 600
