What they mean is clean pistons, caliper parts, sliders and re-lube, sometimes sliders rust and become seized, which can take a while to remove, clean, lube and reinstall

Find the service manual for your bike and read through it. Even if you don't plan on doing any of the work yourself, it's good to have an idea on what needs to be done and how they go about doing it
