Anyone ever ordered from Bayside Performance?

10 business days is 2 weeks. Besides, it can take a day or two to ship your order, so if you ordered on the 14th, then you're still within the 6-10 business days, or at least really close to it. I wouldn't worry about it.

Did you get a tracking number?

and i forget to read the small prints.... they said Free shipping between 6 to 10 days... after the 10th day i sent an e-mail... the guy that responded is a dick... he told me they didnt have the exactly model in the warehouse and they had to shipped it out from Seatle... anyway.. they came on the 13th day... 3 extra days of waiting.. that was the price because the "free shipping"...

price from e-bay, SportBikeTrackGear and BaySidePerformance are practicly the same...

im not gonna say i wont buy from them anymore... but if i can get the stuff somewhere else... will do before order from BSP...

I ordered from them once...took a bit longer than I would have thought, but I would still order from them again....
 
I ordered a bunch of stuff... all new to the season...

Only thing I found is they are slow to respond to emails..- I ordered some items back in Jan close to ... still dont have them all... Mid march they told me that they had been shipped..... after 3 weeks - I called and they were mistaken.... we shall see in the next few weeks

Nice enough guys.. some items more expensive...

Same here. I emailed them and got an auto-response back saying it could take 1-60 hours for them to respond back. That was 4 days ago.
 
I did order a HID kit from them back in February. Shipping was fast (like one week) and the product came as described. I received a response the next day when I asked a question.
 
I ordered a Puig Windscreen and some frame sliders, same story, guy was being a dick with me as well in his email, and it took exactly 10 business days to arrive. They didn't have the items in stock when I emailed them a week into the order, and the guy replied saying, they didn't have them in stock but do have them in the warehouse.

Wow. Well, at least you got a response. I still have yet to hear from them or to see my parts.
