Anybody use rear wheel bike dolly in their garage?

I use my old Snap-On stool. Take out the cushion and tray so the rear wheel sits in the bare frame on casters. Actually holds itself upright too!

I used to use a bike jack, but I took the wheels off it for easy clearance. Now I'm looking for a cheap alternative.

wat exactly is the point of having this?

Personally I need it for two things. I have a narrow one car garage, it's virtually impossible to turn the bike around inside it, so with the bike inside, the car won't fit. If I had something like this, it would help me turn the bike around enough and in such a way that I can squeeze it near the back wall, which would allow the car to fit in.
Second reason is my driveway is long, narrow and with neighbors cars around, so I always have a hard time backing the bike out and onto the street, it's too much hassle, and this dolly would help me turn the bike inside the garage and simply just ride it straight out.

That's why I need it, but it has other uses too. Putting the bike in neutral and trying to turn it 360 inside the narrow space is impossible in my garage so...
