That customer is me. I've been back and forth with Dainese several times since I last posted here, and finally reached an agreement which has yet to be fulfilled. It was very shortly after I notified GP of our agreement, that they messaged you.Mail this morning from GP
Hey Ric,
As of yesterday, we were able to get a resolution with AGV for another one of our customers in regards to the Tourmodular recall. I am attempting to get you the same result. I've just followed up with them on your behalf and I will let you know once I've heard back from them.
Send ric the pictures he can use them as well. That customer is me. I've been back and forth with Dainese several times since I last posted here, and finally reached an agreement which has yet to be fulfilled. It was very shortly after I notified GP of our agreement, that they messaged you.
GP has been as good as one could ask for on this. They are in the same boat as us; have been largely kept in the dark. One would hope they might carry more weight, as a dealer with more at stake. (They told me they have 25 of these helmets in stock). I asked them how many more of us were engaged in this, and they said only one. They said they were waiting to see how my case went before notifying you. I was waiting too, before spilling the beans, because I didn't want to start a flood and have them change their mind. I'm now waiting for my wire transfer. I haven't yet destroyed the helmet, but have assured them that I will after I get my refund.
Just mirror the picture before sending it.Send ric the pictures he can use them as well.
