I would appreciate any recommendations! Particularly if you’ve previously enjoyed a recent experience. I bought a 2024 Honda Gold Wing Bagger DCT after years away from motorbiking as my retirement toy, I still reach for a clutch on occasion. A group tour to Cabot Trail and Newfoundland would be ideal. I’ve found a group that starts from Moncton, NB that covers PEI and NS but it doesn’t include Newfoundland.

I’m planning on going to NFLD and perhaps Cabot Trail in August next year for about 15 days on the island.
But I’ve never been on the rock before and am just planning the trip by myself so I can change my mind about where I want to go as each day comes and the weather unfolds.
You could ask on the NFLD forum called ride the rock to see if the riders there know of group tours.

First you have to decide! am I a tourist? or am I a motorcyclist?
Newfoundland is an island with few roads.
You can't get lost on an island.
I have found the best things while being lost.
You will eventually drive thru every tourist trap anyway.
Just pick-up a free tourist guide at the ferry.
My sister did a bus trip of the "Rock" and the best days where when she went exploring on her own and forsake the bus.
