Funny, I found this in like 10 seconds with Google Maps. Maybe I know Dave too well, or maybe I am blessed with supertagging powers. Anyways, one hint is that I live downtown and I haven't taken the tag yet because it is too far away to be worth it when it is below 10 degrees outside :-)
