How much do you pay for insurance?

I highly doubt there will be any rate changes due to the rebranding but if you want to make double sure just instruct them to stop the current policy 5 days earlier and start the new one for Nov 5. There will be no issues.

Absolutely. Huge difference between 29 and 30, and should automatically apply at your renewal time. There are also age markers at 21, 25, 35, 40, 45, and 50 but age 30 is probably the biggest one. How many years of moto experience you have and the license class also helps.

    Motorcycle Supershow Reviews 2024 Edition

The show should be fun. The January NAIMS show has more vendors (dealerships, schools, tours, some manufacturers, moto related businesses, etc) but it does have more of a swap meet feel in some of the halls. The February show in Toronto is the manufacturer show, less vendors overall but all the...

    Echelon

Hi Merkid. You should have first gotten a notice letter that the payment did not go through and a deadline of about 20 - 30 days to sort it out with Accounts. The actual cancellation letter is only mailed out after a 2nd payment attempt doesn't go through after that deadline. Did anyone explain...

Insurance with M1 and other newbie questions

you do NOT need to "practice" for the course. The Rider Training course IS the practice, and why the course provides THEIR bikes to learn on. It starts from the ground up, even showing you where the key goes in and how to start a bike.

Step by Step guide from getting your licence to buying your bike

The M2 doesnt matter at NFP as they know that as soon as you pass the course that M2 is coming and you earned it so they can get you those M2 rates right away. You dont need to wait the 60 days though of course you have to still play by the M1 rules on the road until you officially get the M2.

Insurance for one rider with multiple bikes

You can add or switch the coverage onto a 2nd bike for a few months. You would only pay the equivalent insurance for the time you are using it. When you remove or switch it back it all gets adjusted. Even myself personally, with years and years of experience in the industry... I had multiple...

Bike mods question while getting Insurance

As a broker we would compare rates and coverages with different insurance companies. Each one of those companies has their own rules or "appetite" when it comes to mods and upgrades. Our job is to find the right fit for you and your bike. Personally as a rider I know that if installed...

Step by Step guide from getting your licence to buying your bike

To some it would seem that the order of all this is wrong, but not when you think of it from an auto perspective. Know anyone who has bought a car before getting their license or knowing how to drive? No? well people do this with motorcycles every day. The correct order is this: 1. Book the...
