Actually saw someone towing a Dual Sport with one of these on the Gardiner/QEW coming into the city bout an hour or so ago. The car I believe was just some standard sedan.. maybe a newer toyota camry or something.
Basically they haven't faced the Warriors yet...
They dispatched and almost fully healthy Boston team.. and took care of them Sixers too... Thats at least something..
So is a 9-1 record to start...
I a, excited and so far I caught most of the games and will continue too... though I will admit...
I am absolutely still following this thread, I've seen some great advice here that I will be taking into consideration come spring.
Funny enough I have not gotten into any accidents in a cage and hopefully will continue to avert any.. (knock on wood)
I don't think I do anything to stupid...
When I went from my CB400 to the CBR600 I thought it was a good progression... I mean I had a whole thread about which bike to get for my price point.
Up until the fall I had no issues and yes I had the mentality of knowing that this new one was more powerful and personally i believe i babied...
I feel like my first two falls were just rider inexperience both times it was due to someone in front braking to hard and me braking to hard. After I started to lean more towards actively using my rear brake more to compensate. The rest of the season after i did fine on my daily commute and joy...
I do believe I have more than basic skill, and I do not over do myself. I really haven't had any issues between the Mac Truck and now tbh. My falls in my first season happened within the first few months of riding and after the second one I was fine up until the Mac earlier this summer. I feel...
Mind you I did get rear ended by the Mac Truck so it wasn't my fault but still..issue none the less..
This recent one..I dunno I must have braked a little to hard on something slick.
Before the Mac Truck a 78 CB400..after the Mac 99 CBR600F4... Maybe I need something with ABS lol
Seems I...
So I am at a little crossroads here...
Recently took a spill and fractured my arm... This is now the 4th issue I've had in the 2 years I have been riding..
First year... lowsided twice on streetcar tracks braking to hard and quick.. no major injuries.. bruises/scuffs...
Second year.. Hit by...
My season is done.. took a fall this morning braking to hard on some wet leaves.. bike is a little scratched up so no big deal but i fractured my forearm..yay!
No clue how I'm going to get my bike in storage..
What did you end up getting? An F4?
I saw you're PM and thought I sent a PM back but I don't know if it went through?
I was out yesterday to for my morning commute.. the morning was actually a lot nicer than the evening after work...
It's getting cold out there ladies and gentleman... Me...
For the most part street parking is free for motorcycles when designated as a regular parking spot or metered spots. Lots whether Green P or otherwise you have to pay.
From my knowledge that may change sometime in the future. From what I've heard the city is trying to implement the parking...
2k is not a lot BUT it is what I've spent on the first two bikes I have ever owned(currently on the second)
First was a 78 Honda CB400 for 2k.. had to go to guelph to pick it up...
Current is a 99 Honda CBR600F4 for 2k.. had to go to Huntsville to pick it up...
There are good deals out there...
