I definitely don't know too much about the crappy gas milage.. but at least you guys got the power. I'm stuck over here with my sporty wishing for more power.
I stumbled on this video the other day, kinda funny to me because the guy said his exhaust burnt his bags... has this happened to anyone...
I got a chance to pick up a sportster 1200 custom from a buddy a little south of us for cheapppp.. Not sure if I should do it yet..
I do want a cruiser..
Check it out with the bags.. http://www.vikingbags.com/harley-davidson-sportster-1200-low-motorcycle-saddlebags.htm
$1500 for a 3 day trip is really rich! What else did you get ? I mean the views are honestly unbeatable but I think I rather ride my way all the way down there.. Were you doing the more expensive hotels ? How much was it for just the actual bike rental?
It's just sickening... 90km is pretty damn fast, but was the kid properly fastened into his seat? So many other things to look at here too.. I'm definitely not a fan of the police, but I want to know all the facts too..
Hard bags are definitely the way to go ! Viking Bags has some great ones i'ev been eyeing forever. If you're lucky, you might be able to snag a set for a huge discount on eBay... The hardbags have been popping up periodically. jafrum also has similar soft bags, but i've read some really negative...
I wouldn't mind a harley sportster 883 at all. But I do prefer a honda beacuse it's way better of a value.
I found this baby online http://www.vikingbags.com/honda-vtx-1300-tourer-motorcycle-saddlebags.htm those tear-dropped saddlebags are something else..
Damn that is pretty crzy that they got bought out like that. If it's true that it's an investment capital company that bought em up, there has to be serious $$ figures for profit otherwise it wouldn't have happened. I wonder what they have up their sleeve.
I'm still a fan of their suits...
I feel that bluetooth is hit or miss with me. I had the speakers in the past and the battery would die down randomly... kinda depressing. This is a cool concept though.
I wonder if it'll hold up well in the state of bouncing around in my saddlebags. I think it'll be better in cruiser bags...
