I have a Bluetooth ODB to read fault codes but it cannot disable / write back to ECU. EXUP valve is acting up and until I have all the parts in, would like it disabled for now.
Are there any models you would recommend for a DYIer (USB or handheld) that can read codes and disable.
No, i do not need to save the $1. I was really asking where do you buy your parts. Did not mean to sound as if I am penny pinching.
Naturally the motorcycle bunch are one of the cheapest (you and me excluded naturally!). I would like to hear more as to why you think that is. If negotiations are...
All these are fine ideas (including thought but not mentioned hovercrafts)
On a side note, would love a German style legislation
1. While driving, you cannot have food, drink, phone or anything that would take your eyes off the road. Once in the car, it is meant for you to commute to the...

Fair point ... Would rather not test the friction coeficient on my ass or fairings.
But to your question, not test at all in the winter or just with Daytona being bad for winter.

It is a real pain on commuting (mostly heat and some ergonomics)
Is there anyone stupid/crazy enough to ride a SS in the winter or I am the only one contemplating it? Have you...
my (old) ninja 250 i would get about 17l/ 400~450km so about 3.5l - 4l on average depending on the style of riding
mind you at that mileage I would often go on reserve as well or ride like a pancake to save gas
was thinking the same thing ... I think there is something that attracts riders back to racing and unfortunately for TT and other races, the return is often met with an abrupt stop
