ODB2 /Can-Bus scanner

I have a Bluetooth ODB to read fault codes but it cannot disable / write back to ECU. EXUP valve is acting up and until I have all the parts in, would like it disabled for now.

Are there any models you would recommend for a DYIer (USB or handheld) that can read codes and disable.

nope, not for the EXUP. is all ECU (a checkbox)
