My HD is easy and enjoyable. I turned off most of the "techy" stuff from the display, not just RPM's and Speed. The Ural on the other hand is a joy to ride for so many other reasons but I would not say "easy" is one of them. Hopefully you'll find what you are looking for sooner rather than later. :)
