    Rider down, Guelph on Woodlawn

Around 2:30 passed a cruiser blocking two lanes to reroute traffic around what looks like a near head on collision in the shared middle turning lane. Was a dark blue bike but from the angle couldn't make out what type. Some nice damage to the car so hope the rider is ok.

Weird noise at low speed, maybe chain?

My friend has a motorcycle that makes noises when at low speed in first and sometimes second gear. Its a similar noise to that of a bicycle changing gears, that "clackity" type noise. It doesn't always happen, and when you get going past 10-15kph it always stops. You can't feel anything going...

    best m2 riding shool?

Went to the one at Conestoga College, it was pretty good. Just wished the Learning Curves website worked better, sounds like a great school. Lots of dead links and tabs that go nowhere. Why should I have to get directed to their facebook page which still lacks info or prices.

    I Saw You: V.2.0

If your the rider in Guelph going east on Woodlawn road by the Hanlon (Hwy 7 and 6) at approx 11:45pm on a black or dark colored bike, check your headlight as its been out for the past two days. Dont know what type of bike it is, but its one with the "winking" headlights. Might be a bad bulb...

Homicidal Cagers. Why do they get away with it?

That and there are laws in place to protect the dumb people and nothing much to do to deal with the people causing the issues. Was on a ride with the gf, and just as we were pulling out of a gas station, this guy comes up and hits her kill switch claiming his friend said to do it and he didn't...

Why Android is better than iPhone.

Haha, like your sig Poser. "Waiting for the Next Thing means you'd never buy anything" is so true right now in my case. I have the Apple 3G iphone. I just happened to be buying a phone when it came out and it was definitly better than anything out there at the time. I still remember people...

    Tank Bags

Mine came with a cover that you can throw over and tighten up if its raining. Its thin and doesn't take up much room in the bag at all. If the one your looking at doesn't come with one, silicon camping spray would probably work. Have the same Joe Rocket one posted a few earlier, pretty solid...

    Tank Bags

Just watch when your about to put it on. Check quick that the magnets didn't pick up anything magnetic you are unaware of. Was in a hurry and put mine down for a sec and it picked up some tiny piece of magnetic rock. When I took it off it scratched the tank. Nothing bad enough that scratch...

Gong from TO to Huntsville. Any route with twisties?

Was just up there yesterday. Ended up going to Huntsville from Bracebridge for a quick bit. Went from Hwy 11 --> Hwy 10 (Muskoka Rd 10) --> Brunel Road --> Huntsville. Road conditions were good, some nice twists and scenery. Hwy 141 up there is really nice too if you get some time, maybe do...

Guelph to Bracebridge, looking for a good route...

Thanks again for the routes. Such nice scenery around and is a shame if you don't know about it. Hockley valley was really nice but the Forks was amazing. Not much traffic through there during the week as I went up but tons on the weekend on Sun coming back. Now just need to build up...

    Gas Pumps: Fueling

Also your skin does not like to be sitting in gas. If you get it on your hand, it will just evaporate, but if you spill it on your crotch and there is enough to stay in your clothes for a bit, you'll find out it burns.

Guelph to Bracebridge, looking for a good route...

That looks great, just might have to do two different routes up and back. So I notice Hockley Valley, but where are the Forks that I hear so much about? Too bad, was in Orangeville just on the weekend and didnt even know about the Hockley Valley road.

    Im buying a truck..

Buy whatever size motor you like but most pickups can do what you want without going big. I have two family members with big trucks and can use them if I need, so I went with a 2.7L 4 cylinder and love it, especially for gas mileage. When I needed it for work I didn''t need it for weight...

Guelph to Bracebridge, looking for a good route...

Thanks for the ideas. Yeah, live in Guelph and have to go to a wedding in Bracebridge, suit will go up with someone else, lol. Will be a lit more fun and cheaper on the bike, just don't want to get back and find out I missed a great road if people on here know of them.

Guelph to Bracebridge, looking for a good route...

Hopefully if the weather agrees next weekend I'll be riding from Guelph to Bracebridge and back. Dont mind going a little out of the way but I dont want to stray too much as its important to get there. Anyone have any route ideas as I dont know any good roads up that way and would like it to...

Fuel tank capacity lower than stated?

Yeah the issue was for whatever reason I was adding the reserve capacity to the total size, not including it. It's a 17 liter tank, not the 20 I was at first thinking. Even taking filling up on the side into consideration, its the phantom 3 liters of gas I thought I had on top of that which is...
