I don’t think you can install that flasher relay on your bike ,, but you can connect a buzzer like robmack said using one like this...

Are cars different from bikes? My daughter wasn’t listed on the car policy, hit another vehicle... insurance says I’m ok with 1st accident so they cover all costs, and the issue with her driving without being listed was covered as 2nd forgiven accident allowed by my policy

.035 wire is larger than I would use,, and I have seen the issue with welds that don't have penetration to come from poor supply to the machine..... tooo long of a feeder to the recept,, too long of an extension cord... wire awg too small... 12awg, very short run to the main feeder,, or 10awg ...

why did you do the math backwards? you divided kwhr by dollars,, it is cents per kwhr ,,, or Cents/kwh ,, so in your case,, 36607cents /3153kwhr = 11.61 cents per kwhr.
