GTA upholstery shop for seat install

Seat Concepts seat is a bit wider, seems more comfortable. Keep in mind that: - - I last rode with the OEM seat 5 months ago so not a side-by-side comparison - I have only ridden 75 km with the new one, no 3 hour rides As far as I can tell, Manny's install was perfect. I wish I had asked for...

Buying a DRZ that has been sitting for over 16 months?

If it hasn't been started, the oil is exactly the same as it was the day he put it in. Condensation didn't happen without running the engine. Gas was drained, so no issue there. 20 month old + tires aren't a big deal either. I'd figure out a fair price for the bike, get the seller to buy a...

    brand-new, US issue surplus pack

I saw this pack being discussed on another board, thought it looked cool & useful, and the camo is sick looking, so I had a US friend order for me, and I picked it up when I was in the US over Christmas (eBay won't sell US military surplus to non-US buyers)...

    New DR250 / 350 / 650 footpegs

New DR250 / 350 / 650 footpegs - wider than stock. These are brand new in package; I sold the DR before I installed them. Cost approx $33 with shipping to Canada on eBay. Would accept $15 for them (local pick-up; shipping would be extra)...

GTA upholstery shop for seat install

I just rec'd my Seat Concepts kit (foam & cover for original seat pan) for the WR250R. In the US, the going rate seems to be $20 or so for installation, which is the same as what Seat Concepts charges if you ship your seat to them, but that shipping is expensive. Like everything else motorcycle...

CMA Trial St George Oct 14th

There is a link http://www.trialsontario.ca/page11.html that mentions a flyer, but no flyer. All I can find is a map to "409 Scenic Dr, Brantford, ON, Canada". I am looking for basic info on the event. Is it spectator friendly? Club event or can anyone come watch? Do they charge admission...

    Thinking of getting into dirt

http://www.scorra.ca/ Lots of riding in Simcoe, some in Halton. Trailtours does a great job of off-road teaching/training in the Ganaraska. You don't need a KTM to start trail riding. Go cheap and easy with an XR250, CRF230F, KDX200, TTR250, etc. Plenty competent, cheap to buy, cheap to run.

Anyone purchase a new bike in Quebec and register it in Ontario?

Does that make sense, since there is no PST since 2010?

Yes, and how about a dual-sport? All I see out front are sport-bikes.

    my DR-200

There isn't much on a DR200 that requires a mechanic, if you have basic tools and a manual. Many manuals are available for free download if you search. It is a learning experience, but these bikes are pretty simple (I have a DR650, same idea). Poke around some of the on-line communities...

Any recommendations for a place to get a key cut?

I have ordered blanks from John at http://www.motorcyclekeys.com/ then had them cut locally. I went to a locksmith (Reilly's) to have the blanks cut, as I wanted to make sure it was done right the first time.
