Since I haven't run a newer bike in quite a while :), I am of the same boat of thought. Running high beams during the day (ony) can't be too bothersome to other drives, I would think, and brings some awareness. But at night? Use them only when needed. My 2 cents.

Guess its a bit hard to explain from my side, it isn't so much about "going faster", its just the overall experience, thrill, sound, intimidation that goes along with the larger bikes.

No, Likely won't ever make it to the track. While I find it intriguing and interesting, there is a whole other level of investment to get to the track, especially when I'm in the Newmarket area and nothing is relatively close.

Currently I am over a year. So fingers crossed.
