So I’ve got a 01 Yamaha 1100, and I changed my oil as well as pulled the left engine case off. As I needed to replace the gasket due to oil leaking and ever since I’ve put it back together the bike won’t turn over nor will it even start now …. I’ve checked fuses and nothing I’m at a loss right...

So I picked up a 01 Yamaha vstar 1100, and there is a small oil leak. It was leaking from the valve cover so I replaced that and fired it up to make sure it wasn’t leaking and noticed it coming from this area the stud for the exhaust Anyone have any insight on this ??

So I noticed I’ve got the coating coming off the engine case of the bike, I was wondering if I had the case off. Could I wet sand 600-800-1000-1500-2000, then polish with some chrome polish like mothers ? Will that make it look new again, or are there other ways you guys have done such ?

So I got out in my first ride on my s40 after swapping my exhaust and seems my pants got a bit close and melted on the exhaust in a couple spots lol. Is there a way to clean it off ? Like could I run the bike hot and then wipe it off with a damp cloth or ?

So I’ve bought some LED blinkers for my bike, completely forgot about needing something for the hyper flash. I understand the whole concept of it and all but one thing I’m unclear of is do I need a resistor ? Or a blinker led relay ? And do I need one per blinker or will one run all four blinkers ?
