    Klim Lifetime Warranty

Nice.......there are very few companies that stand behind their products like that. The ones I have experience with are Vortex, Excalibur, Sitka, and Irish Setter boots. Would NEVER hesitate buying from these companies again

    What's your reason

For me it is nostalgia - My dad had a CB350 that he used to go back and fourth to work and every now and again he would throw me on the back and take me for ice cream. My first vehicle was a motorcycle when I was in University and I rode that thing everywhere. Today I like it for the...

I have deposited $3k-5k without so much as a blink of an eye. Do this 2-3 times a month and your money is now available to do whatever it is you want with. When I was busy doing side jobs I used cash for all my misc expenses - fuel, groceries, car repairs (tires/brakes), and any home...

"I moved fast in every company by doing a few simple things. Acting like an owner - I learned everything I could and made decisions and action thinking like an owner. Do the dirty work that everybody avoids - it turns you into the go-to guy that everyone notices and respects. Never **** the dog...

Bought my fishing boat (2 yr used), all my guns & bows are cash, and my last Triumph I paid cash - 1/2 down in he winter and the balance when i picked it up. Whenever I go to the bank and ask for anything greater than $10k they have to ask you what your intention is and I always smile and say...

Oh, and one more thing.........do not do work for landlords, bars or restaurants. Landlords do not understand what a cash job is - cash is cash.....not a cheque, not EMT.....CASH! They like your number and ask you to do the work but when the work is done they want to pay you by cheque or EMT...

Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing all solid trades. Nice thing about those trades is the opportunity for doing side work. When I transitioned from being on the tools to sales I had time on my hands and a flexible schedule so I started doing side jobs for friends and people that I knew. Nothing big...

I agree 100%. Start an apprentice and teach him how you want things to work instead of re-programing large union job mentality - don't kill the golden goose. When I ask contractors many say they do not want to train them then have them leave - but that is a sign of how one treats employees

Personally I am not a fan of the pre apprenticeship programs. Ideally try to get an electrical contractor willing to start an apprentice but those are getting quite rare, and those that do often hire 3-4 kids and then offer the best performer an apprenticeship. I went to University first, then...
