If you have contacts there and one is a travel agent that would be the best way to do it. Sounds like a grand trip whether a cruise or fly from Cairo to Luxor and go to Aswan then to Abu Simbel.
I ride my mountain bike mostly on the road now. Hardtail but front suspension locked as rarely needed. Longest I ride is 30 km but usually stick to 18km route. Jump off curbs some gravel trails but nothing gnarly.

On the other hand if you got a deal and the bike is fixed with way less cost in parts amd time, I assume you are going to sell it, do you share this extra profit with her?
