Just to give further feedback, the site is still slow, and now this has been going on for about 3 hours. Everything takes several seconds to do anything. Edit: 4 hours, several seconds just to load this page.

In the renewal letter they send (2 copies for some reason) they mentioned this, and they kept the same coverage's I had before. I haven't checked though.

Holy fack, my car insurance went down for a change! First time in like never. Last year I switched to CAA, and the renewal, now it's not by much, it's only $50. But after so many years or being jacked around in daHood, it feels like a win!

No it has been an ongoing problem, the slowness comes and goes. I think @GreyGhost is on the right track, thinking the bots are overwhelming the site. So far writing this reply as been ok.

That is very interesting, I just checked for curiosity and just over 3000 bots or "guests". Crazy!

Not much better on desktop, lots of pausing, waiting, load bars, even for something simple like replying to this message.
