Ive found a few Municiple camp grounds in my travels. 'Seems a lot of small towns have them. Some are free or donation based. If there is a fee... It's like $20. The best one I stayed at was at Gull Lake SK. $20. With washroom/showers and free firewood.

It's also partly due to municipal neglect. In my area the city spends money on unnecessary bicycle lanes that nobody asked for rather than repairs to the road surface. I still find Garmin's "Basecamp" a bit of a pain in the *ss to use, but I like playing around and planning routes for my longer road trips... Have any of y'all used any of the tools that convert maps made in Google maps to .gpx ? Any recommendations or warnings?
