Yes one thing to look into is the locates for water / sewer and gas. Appraiser said he trenched it himself so…he also told me only 200A upgrades need below ground. May not even be worth going to 100/200A service for seasonal use. There go (potentially) most of my upgrade plans.

FAK! Just found out I need to go underground to upgrade 60A service to 100A… 100m or so from pole to where panel is needed. Hand bombing or trench with machinery? Recommendations? Anyone have a trencher? It’s all sand so soft but a pain with navigating roots and old stumps. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’ve considering swapping the Maverick for a Model Y….but Elon…and Tesla obstruction of DIY repairs keeps me away. Tempting as Model 3 can be had for a sweet price as a used vehicle. Buddy bought a used (minor damage) 3 for 21k. He adores it.

I'm trying to convince my wife between a Mach-e and an Equinox EV. She doesn't want to accept that driving around with the Odyssey empty 90% of the time isn't a good deal. MIL needs to go with us maybe 5-7 times/year somewhere that we need a total of 6 seats at once. Kids complain a little...
