I feel the same way. On the way to work the bikers seem to behave, but on the way home the filtering between lanes at high speed is happening a lot and at great speed. Seems like every day on 680 news there is a bike accident. Weekends included.
I think just about any bike would put a grin on my face. Mind you I’ve only ridden Hondas in my limited number of bikes owned. I rode a friend’s Yamaha 650 automatic scooter and that was a blast too. I think once get used to a bike the next level is subconscious operation and reacting to traffic...
Does this set up have 2 relays already one for each bank of 3 circuits?
I have the set up with an Eastern Beaver wiring harness to a Centech II fuseblock that has both the switched on and always on combo. Benn on for over 10 years now without issue (jinxed I know).
But the above pic of this...
The dunks are based on a bacteria that only attacks the mosquito larvae. If you use Dawn, that might not make it work.
Just make sure it is far away. I had it too close to where we’re sitting and if the wind blew the right way everyone looked suspiciously at the person sitting beside them.
I...
I did that last year, and those buckets started to smell so bad and there was interesting lifeforms that started to materialize in that soup. It might have killed future offsprings but it didn't feel like the existing population was reduced. I only kept it for a few weeks and when I went to dump...
Great video. That made it look so easy. The tube valve nut halfway up the valve stem is not something I've seen before, I usually snug that as tight as I can without a wrench. I've pinched so many tubes though.
Went for an evening ride yesterday. Couple hours of beautiful riding in the country side. Stop for a few pics. Figure I better get gas. Wow 162.9 and no line up, yet. Note the mileage in the little book and back on the bike, no start. Turn the key and can see the voltmeter drop below 10v no...
Thanks, I thought Communicator was a brand name. I want to stay away from the brand names as I rarely use these as I've tried to listen to music before but found I "tune" it out.
What usually wears out are the bushings and that is usually due to mileage and or contaminated fluid. There is a grey coating in them that disappears and then it starts chewing up the copper bushing itself. The seals tend to last much longer unless a dust or sand particle wedges itself in there...
I know it maybe too late now, but did you try a Sealmate or something similar to clean around seals? I had this happen on a trip many years ago far from home and 40,000 miles later there is still no leak after using the Sealmate I've been carrying for the last 15 years. I do change the fork...
That is great, I didn't think they would do it under the new system.
I remember when Canadian Tire used to do them for m/c many years ago. Wonder if they can (or will) do them now.
I usually don’t go out on long weekends and thought today most of those travelling would have left by now. Stayed on secondary roads and only one tool that coasted at a stop sign making a right into my lane but I expected to be cut off.
After 2 hours headed home. I was hoping to grab the photo...
I remember the points and distributors being flakey. I remember messing with the timing lights and sanding the points. I was the wrench and screw driver getter. I was also the watch for the superintendent as we weren’t supposed to work on the cars in the underground parking. But winter and we...
