Does that mean mostly just day trips?....

    Stripped stuck allen/hex screws Aurora/Newmarket

Gonna say that once the head came off, so did the weight exposing enough bolt to bite on with vicegrips.

    Canada Post - Huge losses

There are so many reasons that I'm glad to not be getting grankids. This isn't even close to the top 10.

    I've got a secret weapon...

Decided this year I want to put some money where my mouth is and do some actual Bracket racing. (as compared to just running Test and Tune passes) Between my two Wings I've done just over 80 passes and I kept every timing slip. My buddy's Squeeze is a spreadsheet guru so I gave her all my slips...

    Canada Post - Huge losses

Superboxes are a start. To that we should add delivery only 2.5 times a week (first week MWF, second week TT). In today's world who needs daily delivery?

    Stripped stuck allen/hex screws Aurora/Newmarket

Did you have to drill out more than the head of the bolt?

    TV shows currently watching

Lately I can't enough of early 90's British racing at the parks of Donnington, Mallory, Oulton and such. These are tracks with with wicked hairpins and incredible elevation changes. Guys are constantly lofting the wheel coming over the peak. And what's with Norton back then? Rotary engines that...

    Wasn't my take on it.

How do you buy a used bike?

I try to get a number and call them. I always feel it's more serious if you speak to them directly. Never ask about price on the phone if you want to try and negotiate it down. You can easily do that if you show up with cash and trailer. You need to be able to determine whether the bike is...

    Impaired Driving Penalty Changes

Isn't that a different scenario? Speeding was an accident and not a choice? @Evoex did not choose to miss the sign.

    Washing/reviving Goretex

Reading how to wash my Klim gear and it talks about reviving the DWR by running an extra dryer cycle and also applying a spray on DWR such as Revivex. What do you folks do? I bought the light grey to be cooler and more visible but fixing roadside flats on chain drive bikes doesn't get along...

    Impaired Driving Penalty Changes

That's a very bold statement. How is choosing to speed less of a choice than choosing to drink?

    Stripped stuck allen/hex screws Aurora/Newmarket

Drilling is the way OP. And it's very easy. As stated above once the head is off yours weights are free. Some black rattle can will fix your scratches.

    Degreaser Recommendation

Gas is a great solvent. I used to use it a lot for cleaning parts. It's just not the safest thing to be splashing around. I've got a natural gas direct vent heater in my garage now so I avoid open containers of gas where ever possible.

    Degreaser Recommendation

Gas works great and it's always on hand. It's hard on your skin and a tad flammable so I have pretty much weaned myself off it.

Enough of COVID...what are you doing to the house?

I've seen them around the past few years. Not enough to be a problem. I'll stomp on em when I get a chance.

    I, too, did a thing

Nope. Spent the weekend peeling off stickers and unbolting superfluous bits.

Pretty sure I'm not wearing one... but have lots of time in the past so you're good.
