@Mad Mike how would you (or would you even bother) to enclose a folding trailer?
Or is it not even worth the effort and easier to just sell and buy an enclosed 5x8 or 5x10?
If you guys are looking for more options on the east end, I just had a great burger at:

As an added bonus...there's a Princess Auto in the same plaza for the big kid in you.
Transfer from Tangerine / previous employer was super simple. The account I've got 110k in is being a real pain to move the transfer. Need to update my forms as QT added a '12' to my account number and now that's causing major issues. Idiots.
I'm transferring everything from locked accounts to...
Going through this now, and went through it before but to Questrade from previous employers.
I've got 2/5 already transferred and the BIGGEST issue is the financial group currently holding your money as they may it stupidly annoying with all the paperwork (which I understand).
You need to...
Yup. I’ve also seen 2x2 and 2x4 lumber as the frame holding 1/2” plywood.
Seems solid….but I worry about vibration rattling it apart.
I’m tempted to sell mine and buy a covered trailer.
Damn. That’ll be more solid than most store bought!
Mine is the 4x8 folding trailer and it’s great for what it is. Just can’t figure a way to enclose it without it rattling apart over time.
Interesting. Since the time they bought it:
New roof, siding, insulation, floor, windows and 10k or more to connect to the city water and sewers in the late 90s or early 00s.
Obviously there aren’t any receipts considering the time frame.
1. No. Always as a cottage
2. No capital gain on house (bought in 1989 for 220k in Etobicoke) cottage was purchased for 75k back in 1995 / 6.
I expect it to be worth 450-500k max (if that).
It’s a 700sqft bungalow, old, all original interior with a teeny tiny bathroom and unfinished basement...
That’s why I haven’t bought an enclosed yet. Rarely use the trailer as is, and even rarer need for enclosed.
Wasaga has a 💩 collection schedule for yard waste so need to bring it here to the GTA for easier disposal. Or the dump near Wasaga.
You looking for enclosed or open?
I want an enclosed but can’t justify the price right now so I’m planning on just putting up 24-36” plywood walls on mine and be done with it.
Same use case as you. Basically a runaround trailer.
Kids are getting into the Nerf ecosystem (too young for airsoft).
So if you’re selling, I’m interested!
Ideally the cool Gatling gun or the sniper rifle.
Driving home saw what looked like an injured rider on the express shoulder. Laying down and screaming while paramedics attended to him.
Blue / green bike was there upright on the stand and 2 cars beside the bike.
GWS
That's a good idea for sure. One option is just to cut it down to 2x4 or 2x6 planks that can be used for whatever isn't structural.
Real pain in the *** to move it onto a table saw to start....but could be an option instead of straight burning it.
