I've generally had good experience buying gear and service at GP. Parts etc they always price match, or offer me a discount. Service has been decent, but all I generally do there is install tires when I bring in the wheels. Sales, the only experience I have, hasn't been impressive.

Don't ride in Sudbury, that is next level, worse then Hamilton, like potholes with potholes. Toronto did a decent job of pothole repair, there were some bad one's around my hood, all patched up.
