I’m gonna have to agree with you there bud. I’m not forcing it because it is cold as hell but these 50m walks don’t do it for me. I want Lucy to join me to 4-6km walks. We’ll keep working on it as she continues to grow.

Thanks. I’m the one that installed them a few years ago when I had water leaking in. 100% my fault and it was my first time doing stairs. Just trying to fix it and make it look better. However, the ones above it were done by (I assume Kevin) and while they’re better…it’s not by much.

Lucy ready for a walk… By walk I mean 50m in any direction and then plays dead so she doesn’t get much further. Biggest struggle is walks with me. Not much issue with wife or with kids (with me). But me alone…I’m carrying that dog more than she’s walking.

Finally warm enough to go out for a walk while kid is at their activity… Also finding the wake up at 5-5:15am allows me to do a quick workout (today was 4 chest exercises) before I leave to work and then another quick 20-30min tricep workout after work is a decent option. I’m too tired after...
