The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

They are excellent. One of the guys who comes with me on the Solstice rides has one and he does long days no problem. I think you may have ridden with him in a longer ride with me too. Those bikes are surprisingly quick and nimble.

The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

My mechanic used to have a B-King in mint condition that he bought brand new and kept with super low mileage. It was with almost always parked in his garage. He also had a couple of the BMW flying bricks and being a BMW guy, he preferred to ride those for casual rides, so the B-King mostly sat...

The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

The MT-01, the B-King and the VMax are 3 bikes I've always wanted to own for a season. But mostly the MT-01.

What did you do in your garage today..?

If you decide to go with OEM, what about low mileage used rad off ebay? I did that for an '86 VFR with similar mileage and it worked great.

    Who's riding?

Never mind the salt, now you really gonna have to wash that thing.

    Who's riding?

I was but just got back home. Nothing like a cool, crisp morning on the bike.

Where are you located? Also lots of local shops that can do that work for you.

Front end/ Suspension shops around the GTA

I’ve also ridden up there for when they opened up and worked out of the back shop while they did my front and rear. It was nice to feel the difference riding in and riding out. Plus I could also take it for a test spin and they made some secondary adjustments and then I was on my way. My last...

Prince Edward Island / Îles de la Madeleine by Ferry

I recall the ferry from Richmond over to Victoria didn’t require tie downs and might have even had tie down points. I just used a wheel chock and the kickstand, likely since the boats are very large, slow and gentle.

    How`s your house pricing doing?..

I'm the same. Spent all our coin renovating the place so we could enjoy it for decades to come. Whenever the time comes to sell it and move elsewhere, it will just be icing on the cake if it's worth more than we paid. But the reality is that we like our home so much, that it will be hard to...

    How`s your house pricing doing?..

I used this strategy to help stretch my Dad's investments, so that he could live in a retirement home for 5x longer than we originally anticipated. It helped that his TD advisor and his accountant were very much in his corner.

Likewise and thanks @cutekill for the tickets. Nothing better than sitting on all kinds of bikes in the middle of winter. Also great to run into @PacoT and @STARSHIP - looking forward to some riding together this season:)

The Toronto Motorcycle and Powersport Show - Feb 20-22 @ Exhibition Place

This year I told a buddy I would help him hit the 1600km mark on the solstice ride, so I think it will be just me and him, since it's hard to keep a consistent pace for 17hrs with more than 2 people (I tried it 4 years in a row and failed every time). He rode with me last year and he covered...

The Toronto Motorcycle and Powersport Show - Feb 20-22 @ Exhibition Place

I'm working in Scarberia on Friday, so thought I would grab some roti from a nice shop off Kingston Rd, then hit the show for a few hours in the afternoon on my way home.

    2026 Rides

Did a school exchange thing. I stayed there for 2 weeks and had a kid my age from up there stay at my place for 2 weeks. I learned about sniffing glue up there - never knew it was a thing until then:) That was probably the introduction to my downward spiral lol.

    2026 Rides

Very cool Mike. I stayed up in Attawapiskat for 2 weeks a long time ago. Quite the interesting place it was. Doesn’t look like much snow up there. How cold was it?
