I haven't been to a Montreal show since the days of Salon de Moto. It was a much bigger show than Toronto at that time. Unless the current organizers are able to provide a proper list of exhibitors/retailers it's a tough call. Sorry I don't have a better answer.
A lot of the OEMs ditched last year, propped up by dealer exhibits. If you can find a complete, detailed list of who will be attending that might help ?

Just a thought - instead of paying for overpriced tickets to watch overpaid professional athletes why not go to your local rink or ball diamond and watch the local house league kids play ? Maybe buy the teams a hot chocolate or and ice cream after. I'll guarantee it'll be a lot of fun and a...
The small displacement BMWs are made offshore and likely make up a huge majority of their sales numbers.
The list is where things are made, not necessarily where they are sold.
India produced something like 24 million machines last year mostly for domestic consumption but that is slowly changing.
Even the Japanese build or assemble a lot of stuff offshore. Honda has plants in Brazil, Thailand and elsewhere for instance. You'd have to look at the VINS to figure out what comes from where.
How many BMWs are manufactured domestically and how many are outsourced ?
Most of their smaller displacement machines are built in Asia, n'est-ce pas ?
