Update:
Took gazebo down and sealed up deck header. Also improved on siding trim sealing. Garden hose sprinkler test was a success. Not a drop of leakage after some heavy rain-storms as well.
Had a hell of a time just getting contractors to show up for a quote, and some of these clowns wanted...
Keep in mind small towns are losing health care services. Brockville, Chatham, Coburg, Aylmer etc. any moderate issues or higher will have you going to the bigger cities like Kingston, London etc.
You can scrape the **** out of your pegs following the Thames River to Chatham. Very scenic rides along Detroit River down to Amherstburg and along Lake Erie out to Rondeau. Even better the roads are empty on weekends , especially Hwy 50 along Erie out to Leamington. I can be a prole and stop at...
Lot's of job demand in Windsor for skilled trades and general contractors still as is health and education. I know 2 premium car dealerships that are desperate for techs, and the Municipal gov is at the beginning of a massive retirement loss so they're looking for personnel. One of my best mates...

Built a base 4cyl Camaro with trackpack online for shitzengigglez. $40 k lol.
Anyone heard of Williams? I have a 1\2" drive set from the 60's. The socket wrench is called a super ratchet, I've never been able to break it. Still have a brand new replacement ratchet mechanism for it.Got it all from my dad when he retired from INCO decades ago.
What was that place that used to be on Dundas near 427 that carried multi-lines? Long gone now as is that selling model. Spent a few Saturdays in there sitting on bikes like RG500’s and Interceptors.
My local HD in the city epitomizes arrogance and condescension, I go 70km up the 401 to a really cool, laid-back dealership in the county. Totally different attitude, they let the young techs choose playlists, bought both my Harleys there after trying to deal locally.
HD dealerships are their own worst enemy. Last one I went into I shook my head as the salesmen pushed baggers on a group of kids looking at Sportsters, all the while classic rock garbage played in the background. Total anachronism.
