The '79 and '80 were the "naked" models and they didn't sell so for '81 and '82 Honda added the full fairing and hard luggage. Supposed to be a sport-tourer and they still didn't sell. Without the fairing and bags...mine also has different pipes, wheels, rearserts, lower handlebars, alternator...

Another one from the '80s. My '81 CBX. Sure it is a lump that can't get out of its' own way but it looks cool and sounds cool.

Finally some follow-up on my Jade plant resto. I wanted to make sure it was still alive after the first repot in 50 years. I just brought it in the house and the whole package still weighs 100 pounds after a massive trimming. Still needs some final cuts. Shane, thank you so much for the help.

Lots of hostas , ferns and grasses in pots ready for the porches. Bike project can now get some attention.

No veggies this year but the hostas are stellar. I think the suggestion from Shane on slug control plus a couple other tricks did the trick.

McNeilly Road that runs from Hwy#8 up the escarpment to Ridge Rd. has a great spot on top for pics/lookout.
