The bike is a 2007. The outer scale of the speedometer is clearly imperial, the inner one is metric. The odometer will measure in imperial.

Who is PSAC? Canada Post employees are represented by CUPW.

While the listing states 162,000kms, the photo of the speedometer shows 16,134.3 miles. Must be a US bike.
