You're probably fine with eavestroughs without a tether. My height restriction is about 50 meters or so I think. Maybe more. If you have a DJI drone it's an automatic setting anyway, no need to worry as it's georestricted.

You may be limited to altitude for the drones there. I am due to the local airport here. The good news is that you don’t need to go that far to escape the restrictions. This is for sub 250g drones though. Big ones have their own set of rules.

Sorry to hear that. It takes a lot of organization. You need lawyers for everything there including buying cars etc. First you have to find lawyers you trust though which is no small feat and you need to realize that there's a bunch of people just waiting to fleece you of cash.
